I'm Sean Phillips, an Okanagan Lifestyle Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty in Vernon, BC. I started in commercial real estate, moved to lifestyle real estate after falling in love with the Okanagan, and now live full time in Okanagan Landing.
Most of the sellers I meet want three things: an honest idea of what their home will sell for, a clear picture of what it will cost to sell, and a plan that fits their next move. That's what this site, and every evaluation I do, is built around.
How I help sellers
- Pricing from real sales, not online guesses, with the comparables and reasoning laid out so you can judge them yourself.
- A plan for your next move, whether that's upsizing, downsizing, relocating or settling an estate.
- Marketing that reaches past Vernon: professional photos and video, my YouTube channel, and buyers from Alberta, the Lower Mainland and beyond.
- Straight answers on timing, repairs and costs, including when waiting is the better choice.
