The short answer: In the 12 months to September 30, 2026, 78 homes sold in Bella Vista at a median price of $814,970, up about 2% from $799,920 the year before. Homes took a median of 60 days to sell at about 97.6% of the final asking price, and 25 are for sale now (about 3.8 months of supply, a balanced market).
