The short answer: In the 12 months to September 30, 2026, 17 homes sold in the Coldstream side of Middleton Mountain at a median price of $1,240,000, up about 11% from $1,114,000 the year before. Homes took a median of 64 days to sell at about 95.7% of the final asking price, and 21 are for sale now (about 14.8 months of supply, a buyer-leaning market). Across Middleton Mountain as a whole, 60 homes sold at a median of $857,500.
