The short answer: In the 12 months to September 30, 2026, 45 homes sold in Predator Ridge at a median price of $1,150,000, up about 32% from $872,500 the year before. Homes took a median of 103 days to sell at about 96.5% of the final asking price, and 60 are for sale now (about 16 months of supply, a buyer-leaning market).
