The short answer: In the 12 months to September 30, 2026, 49 homes sold in North BX at a median price of $1,050,000, up about 20% from $873,500 the year before. Homes took a median of 59 days to sell at about 96.3% of the final asking price, and 25 are for sale now (about 6.1 months of supply, a buyer-leaning market). Across the BX as a whole, 57 homes sold at a median of $945,000.
